Talented dancers compete again in a new series of Express Yourself!

WMDC opens its doors for a new series of Express Yourself, the "all styles battle all” urban dance competition starting in September. On September 5 the first qualifying round takes place; the  Express Yourself finals are held on November 21.

 

Express Yourself, organized by the Groove Kings, is all about the individual all-around talent level and the ability to improvise.  The contestant who is most able to adapt to the music played by the DJ’s and react to the comments given by the jury, wins the 1 against 1 game.

After the start on September 5, three more qualifications rounds will take place on September 19, September 10 and October 31. For these qualifications rounds you can still register; the registration starts on August 15 through the WMDC website and continues until October 31. The semi finals will take place on November 14; the finals will on November 21.  All Express Yourself shows take place at the WMDC. Each show starts at 2 PM and ends around 6 PM.
